At Walsh Plastics, 3D foam cutting has endless possibilities. We are boasting state-of-the-art robotic technology. With our large-format 7-axis CNC milling robot, we mill blocks of foam 6āx6āx9ā tall into 1 piece statues or 9āx12ā wall features can be milled on 1 piece. Our high-accuracy Kuka Robot is the only one of its kind in Western Canada and itās the largest in the country.
